When you use our services, we may collect the following information:

  • Your name and email address when you sign up or contact us
  • LinkedIn profile data (name, profile picture, email) when you connect your LinkedIn account via OAuth
  • LinkedIn access tokens required to post content on your behalf
  • Post content you create or approve within our platform
  • Basic usage data such as pages visited and actions taken

3. How We Use Your Data

We use the data we collect to:

  • Generate and publish LinkedIn posts on your behalf — only after your explicit approval
  • Improve the quality of AI-generated content for your profile
  • Send you notifications about posts awaiting your review
  • Provide customer support and respond to your enquiries
  • Maintain the security and performance of our platform

We never sell your personal data to third parties.

4. LinkedIn Data & OAuth

When you connect your LinkedIn account, we receive an OAuth access token that allows us to post content on your behalf. This token is:

  • Stored securely in our database with encryption
  • Used only to publish posts that you have reviewed and approved
  • Never shared with any third party outside of LinkedIn’s own API
  • Revocable at any time — you can disconnect your LinkedIn account from our platform or directly from your LinkedIn settings

5. Third-Party Services

Our platform integrates with the following third-party services:

  • LinkedIn API — for publishing posts to your LinkedIn profile
  • Anthropic Claude AI — for generating post content
  • Higgsfield AI — for generating visual assets

Each of these services operates under their own privacy policies. We recommend reviewing them independently.

You have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you
  • Request correction of inaccurate data
  • Request deletion of your data at any time

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data from unauthorised access, loss, or misuse. LinkedIn access tokens are stored encrypted and are never exposed in plain text.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
