Landing Leap provides digital marketing services including Google Ads management, Meta Ads management, website creation, mobile and web application development, SEO optimisation, and AI-powered LinkedIn content tools.

Our AI LinkedIn tools allow users to generate, review, approve, and publish content to their personal LinkedIn profiles using Claude AI and Higgsfield AI integrations.

3. User Responsibilities

By using our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information when signing up
• Own or have full rights to any LinkedIn account you connect to our platform
• Review and approve all content before it is published on your behalf
• Use our services in compliance with LinkedIn’s Terms of Service and Community Standards
• Not use our platform to post misleading, harmful, or spam content
• Keep your account credentials secure and not share them with others

4. Prohibited Use

You may not use our services to:

• Post spam, misleading content, or content that violates LinkedIn’s policies
• Connect LinkedIn accounts that you do not own or are not authorised to manage
• Attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or disrupt our platform
• Use our AI tools to generate content that is defamatory, illegal, or harmful
• Resell or redistribute our services without written permission

5. Subscription & Payments

Certain services are offered on a subscription basis. By subscribing, you agree to:

• Pay the applicable subscription fee on time
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
• Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period
• Refunds are not provided for partial periods or already-published content

6. Content Ownership

You retain full ownership of all content published to your LinkedIn profile through our platform. By using our service, you grant Landing Leap a limited licence to generate, process, and publish content on your behalf as directed by you.

We do not claim ownership over any content generated for or approved by you.

7. Limitation of Liability

Landing Leap is not responsible for:

• Any action LinkedIn takes on your account, including restrictions or bans
• The accuracy or completeness of AI-generated content — you are responsible for reviewing before approval
• Loss of data due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control
• Indirect or consequential losses arising from use of our services

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services if you violate these Terms of Service, without prior notice. You may also terminate your account at any time by contacting us.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Kerala, India.
